01Is Voltis live yet?+
Voltis is currently preparing for launch. Register your interest and we'll send relevant updates as plans, coverage and activation details are confirmed.
02Is Founder access an order?+
No. It is a pre-launch registration of interest. The first 10,000 offer is confirmed at qualifying activation, not registration.
03Will I need an eSIM phone?+
Yes. Voltis is planned to launch eSIM-only, so your device must support eSIM and meet the final network eligibility checks.
04Can I keep my number?+
Number transfer should be available for eligible customers at activation. We'll explain the process before you switch.
05Where are the business services?+
PowerGrid, Voltis IoT and HomeGrid now have a dedicated Voltis Business site, linked from the main navigation.
